As a result, these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time. In the event that ColourPrinting® misses a turnaround commitment, ColourPrinting® will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next job. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted only if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date, the client does not want us to process the order. Please note that ColourPrinting® assumes no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival date-also known as delivery date-is an estimate only. As a result, ColourPrinting® cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our facility.
